"In 2003 I engaged Roseann to assist me with a complex organisational change process involving staff in WDHB Mental Health Services. This involved the facilitation of seven half-day sessions for a total of 100 staff from a variety of disciplines. "We are a company of chartered accountants employing over 100 staff and located in Auckland CBD. We have used the services of Roseann Gedye for many years both for teaching groups and for one on one counselling. We have a set series of training courses designed to assist our graduates through their first years at work up to manager level and Roseann is responsible for most of their non-technical training.
