Underpinning
everything that I live and teach are my Principles - Roseann's
Principles.
I strive - and succeed - in being a creative innovative
educator. To do that, I lead both myself and others to develop
their abundant potential. I provide quality educational
programmes for individuals in organisations, and my successes
become their successes.
My business functions on three
basic principles:
- The principle of first seeking to understand, where I
facilitate by drawing on the experience and expertise of my
participants. I establish a questioning and listening
environment.
- The principle of love, for I exude a love of myself, my
discipline, my colleagues, and participants. I encourage a
love of learning. I love what I do.
- The principle of investment, where I give time, energy,
and money to myself, my colleagues, my participants, and my
resources.
However, Roseann's Principles are
not simply rhetoric - my programmes have measurable outcomes:
- A fun learning experience where participants enjoy the
experience.
- An interactive style where participants' knowledge and
expertise are drawn upon.
- A practical application where participants can practically
action their learning in their organisations and their daily
lives.
These can be formally measured if required.
